Refund policy

 

Online orders may be returned for store credit or exchange within 10 days of receiving your items. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging to be accepted for return. We do not offer refunds for returned items.

Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original, return or exchange shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please email contact@islesstudio.com or call 612-999-4680 for return authorization before sending the item(s) back. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend all returns be sent using UPS or FedEx and insured for its full value with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement or if the item cannot be replaced we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return and issue a refund to your credit card.

Once we receive your return in good condition, please allow 5-10 business days for you return to be processed. We will send you an email when our team has processed your return with your online credit number and information on how to use it.
